Our core business is acquiring and cultivating forestry plantation trees. Our
Wood Fibre Operations are complemented by our Manufacturing and Other
Operations, which are designed to maximize the usage and value of our wood fibre.
Our Wood Fibre Operations are comprised
of:
acquiring, cultivating and selling
fibre in the form of: - standing
timber from purchased-tree and
planted-tree
plantations spanning over 6 provinces; - harvested logs
that are
either sold or used in our
downstream integrated model of
operations in the
south-west
region of China where we
increase the
value of the fibre.
sourcing and selling imported
wood products such as logs,
veneer and sawn timber from
overseas; and
sourcing wood logs from
domestic suppliers for sale or
for use as raw material at our
manufacturing facilities.
Our Manufacturing and Other Operations
consist of:
producing particleboards in
Guangdong Province, engineered
wood flooring in Greater
Shanghai Region, oriented strand
board (OSB) in the Province of
Heilongjiang, and finger-joint
and block board in Hunan Province, and
providing seeding nursery and
urban landscape greenery
services
